BIG BEAR CA,- Every year Big Bear Mountain Resort throws down a pre season comp called Hot Dawgs and Handrails. And like always the Pharmacy crew was there to support the riders and regulate the after parties.        

Here are the official results of the comp.
The winners in the Men's Finals are...
1st Place- Jed Anderson
2nd Place- Chas Guldemond
3rd Place- Scott Vine
and the winners in the Women's Finals are...
1st Place- Desiree Melancon
2nd Place- Marie Hucal
3rd Place- Raewyn Reid
Scott Vine brought home Best Trick. Congratulations riders!           

The following is a run down of the event through the eyes of our very own Jeremy Jorgensen.
 

We started the morning at "The Compton Cabin" in beautiful sunny Big Bear Lake with the moderate temperature of 69 degrees! For breakfast we had Vodka/Rockstar (Thanks Rockstar by the way!),and Commie ass Bud Light.

Headed up to bear around 2 pm just in time for the contest/tailgate party. Here you see Chupie,Rx snow team ryder Ed Giurlani, and freshly 21 Dc shoes own Kendra Ledezma having some nice afternoon mixed drinks for lunch!

Cruising through the parking lot I ran into DVS TM Ricky Melnick keeping his riders lubed up in their huge Diesel Pusher

Getting into the contest I ran into pre-qualified Cory Cronk getting some lunch

Here is the course. There were rails on each side of the drop in and a 35 foot kicker with optional wall rides on each side.

Cruising around still and I got snuck up on from behind by long time Rx team ryder Hana Beaman. She's living in SLC and was down hanging out for the contest!

Another Rx ryder down from SLC Tanya Oleskowitz. She rips on the snow but she'll mess most dudes up on some mini ramp also!

Rx snow Ryder Curtis Hill, and the chalets Jack Sparrow were cruising!

We went to the after party at Bs backyard BBq. The place was packed, the girls were hot and the beer line was short. It was my kind of place! Out on the Patio I run into Pharmacy Real Deal Ryder Bradshaw, O.G. Big Bear Ryder Rich Azevego and From the Daggers Dave Duncan.

The BBQ joint was fun but after midnight it was getting sweaty so I needed to go to local bar Murrays to end my evening out with some Karaoke. Ed Giurlani and I sung a Garth Brooks song " The Thunder Rolls" sorry no photo cause i was holding the mic with 2 hands! Sure enough Hana Beaman shut down the place with an amazing song! I just cant remember what it was.

Id like to say thanks to the whole crue!  Everyone at the Block Hotel for their hospitality. The taxi drivers that ripped us off. Bear Mountain for doing this event and keeping things real.
