Step 1 - Make sure we have it in stock

Look up what you want on our web site. Our website features real time inventory. You can check the availability of items on our site by browsing to the item you would like to order. Please note that our inventory levels change constantly. An item may be in stock when you check our site. However, due to the time it takes to receive your order, an item may be out of stock once we receive your mailed in order. Step 2 - Decide how you are going to pay

You can pay by credit card or money order. Orders placed using money orders are shipped within 24-72 hours of receiving them. We recommend using money orders for faster service. We also offer checks by phone when you call us at 800.588.3911.

Step 3 - Download our order form

Our order forms are available to download off our site. Print the form and fill it out completely before sending it in. This includes your shipping and billing information, what it is you want, total price (including correct shipping & handling, and 7.75% tax if you are a California resident). Recieving Info

Allow up to a week for us to receive your order. It then takes 1 to 2 days to process your order. When you recieve your order depends on your shipping method and location in the U.S.  The process takes up to 2-3 weeks total.
