Shipping and Delivering

  • Q: What is the status of my order?
    A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
  • Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
    A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
  • Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
    A: As part of a special promotion, we offer free ground shipping on all orders over 79.00. You may also upgrade to FedEx express services for an additional charge.
    *Orders must be placed before 2 PM PST in order to ensure delivery within 1, 2 or 3 business days if you chose to upgrade your shipment to express service.
    Orders that are placed between 2 PM PST on Friday and 11:59 PM PST on Sunday (or during a holiday) will be shipped on the next business day and delivered within 1, 2 or 3 business days after that. This promotion is available only if shipping to a location within the 48 contiguous US states that is serviced by Fedex (for example, it is not available if shipping to a PO Box).
  • Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
    A: We ship to all US States and Territories. Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.
  • Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
    A: Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
  • Q: What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
    A: Our standard 4 to 5 business day shipping is free on orders over $79.00. We do offer expedited shipping for a fee.

PharmacyBoardshop.com is not responsible for any item that has been delivered but not received by the customer. If the item has been shipped to the address indicated by the customer, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. The customer must contact the carrier with the provided shipping information and work directly with the carrier. We will work with customers to resolve incorrect shipments when Pharmacyboardshop.com is at fault.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund.
  • You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
  • Hassle free returns – We supply a UPS return label with your original shipment and a return form on the back of your invoice. Just fill it out and ship it back, once you've called to receive your return authorization number. There will be a 5.00 fee when you use the supplied shipping label (this covers some of the shipping) deducted from the credit to your credit card if we fulfilled your original shipment as ordered. 
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; we will take care of everything.

Please be certain to complete the return form on the back of your invoice or the one you can download here. Please call (800) 310-4770 or email the returns dept. (returns@pharmacyboardshop.com) to receive your return authorization (RA) number. Make sure to include the RA number on the outside of the box and on the returns form. Repack the item(s) in the box your order was shipped in and return the package to:

Shipping & Handling
We try to make this an easy and hassle free experience for you. We have included a FedEx return label in your shipment, apply that on the outside of the box and fill out the return address info and keep the tracking number portion of the sticker. Clothing
  • All items must be unused and include the original packaging
  • Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell
  • If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean
  • Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged

Shoes
  • Shoes must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging - If you plan to return your shoes do not wear them after trying them on
  • Shoeboxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them - use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes
  • Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged

Skateboards
  • All skateboards must be un-skated and in like-new condition
  • No skateboard deck is completely guaranteed
  • Once a skateboard has been used it cannot be returned or refunded
  • Once a skateboard has been assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Pharmacyboardshop.com is not responsible for actual deck color and/or dimensions
  • Pharmacyboardshop.com does not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks

Videos
  • Videos must be unopened and in original packaging

Defective Merchandise
Pharmacyboardshop.com does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective, please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect.
